On March 30-31, twenty-seven (27) Lone Star Region members headed north for the 2019 Tire Rack SCCA Solo Mineral Wells Championship Tour. Seven came back with class championships!
The Championship Tour was the first national Solo event for most of us. It’s held at the Mineral Wells Airport on a huge asphalt pad that was once a helicopter training facility during the Vietnam War. The weather was cold and windy, but the forecasted rain never appeared.
The seven (7) Lone Star SCCA Region members who won class championships are as follows:
