Ghost Town Road Rally – October 12

Get ready for Halloween with this Ghost Ride through Central Texas!
This non-speed will start and end at J. Lorraine, TX. Ghost Town, however the 66-mile route will take you through lovely central Texas and over several picturesque bridges. The route is on paved roads in Bastrop and Travis counties through such forgotten towns as Sayersville, Kimbro, Littig, Young’s Prairie, and Hogeye. Join us in costume for Halloween fun!
After the Road Rally, awards will be given for best costumes along with a number of automotive themes. Stay with us after the rally to tour the J. Lorraine, TX. Ghost Town and to participate in either the “Scare for A Cure” Bone Yard Maze ($10/each) or their very popular Main Haunt ($45/each). “Scream for a Cure” donates all profits to local cancer charities.
Minor children, under 18 years old, are welcome but a Minor Waver must be signed by both parents and is required. Questions? Contact Ken McElroy.
Each car must have at least two people, a valid driver’s license, a current inspection sticker and proof of insurance.
Rally Fee: $20.00 per car for SCCA Members and $20.00 per cars of non-SCCA members. Minor Children (under 18 years old) are welcome but a Minor Waver signed by both parents will be required [PDF].
Starting Point: J. Lorraine, TX. Ghost Town, 14219 Littig Road, Manor, Texas.
Ending Point: The Ghost Town Bar and Grill, 14219 Littig Road, Manor, Texas.
Route: A 2-hour scenic country road, non-speed, driving event driving through and over several charming bridges. On paved roads!

This rally is sanctioned as a Regional Rally by SCCA, Inc., will not count towards the National SCCA Road Rally Championship. SCCA has over 65,000 members, and offers car related activities in a broad range of automotive events. Sanction Number 19-RRSG-7946.
